Asainet and Asianet HD Channel ready to air the meg event this weekend. 2nd and 3rd June 2018 at 7.00 PM is the telecast time of Asianet 2018 Film Awards. Asianet is the first malayalam channel, they are celebrating 25th anniversary and donated 6 crore to Chief Minister’s Nava Kerala fund. Cheque of Rs 6 crore which was donated by Asianet to the government’s special fund of educational development and health care. Kerala Chief Minister Shri Pinarayi Vijayan has been received from Star India South Managing director K Madhavan. Mammootty, Kamal Haasan, Innocent , Madhu, Nedumudi Venu and Jayaram are also in the stage. Jayam honored for his 30 years long outstanding film career in various languages in Asianet film award stage. Nedumudi Venu bagged Asianet Life Time Achievement Award, was felicitated by Kamal Hassan for his outstanding contributions to Indian Film Industry. Nadiya Moidu , Aju Varghese , Anusree, Ananya, Sheela , Deepthi Sathi , Aparna Balamurali, Ranjith Shankar , Cippy , Ranjith , Menaka , Suresh Kumar , Muthumani, Siju Wilson , Irshad , Rajeesha Vijayan, Dinesh Nair , Anoop Chandran , Mamukoya, Salim Kumar , Prem Kumar , Antony Perumbavoor are some of the celebrities attended the award function.Fahad Fazil won best actor award for his performance in Thodimuthalum Drisakshiyum movie. Parvathy bagged best actress award this time, Jayasurya , Anu Sithara & Prayaga Martin was on hand to collect the popular awards.
