The most popular singing talent show super singer season 5 is at its semi final stage where the contestants are striving hard to get a direct entry to the much awaited finale. This Semi finals is going to be a musical battle between the semi finalists- Farida, Anand aravindakshan, Raja Ganapathy , Siyad and the twelve finalists from the previous seasons of super singer. So when asked about the excitement to one of the semi finalist Anand Aravindakshan, “I got to know that its going to be a one on one challenge with the past seasons finalist only after reaching here. Despite the fact that i was shocked and surprised when i got to know that, i will give give my level best as i practiced my part well” says the semi finalist confidently.

The prestigious judges for the semi finals were singers Mano, Malgudi Shuba, Vijay Prakash, Unni Krishnan and Srinivas, who were excited to hear the musical treat. ” This time it is going to be a competitive round between last seasons finalists and the current season semi finalists, so the big responsibility is in our hands to choose the best contestants for the finals . Actually the job is tougher because all the four semi-finalists are best in their own way of singing” says the excited judge mr. Unni krishnan.

Mr. Ananth Vaithiyanathan ,the person who trained all these super singers throughout the season says “All the four semi finalists are talented and responsible singers, i enjoyed training them. This is like a life or death situation because if they clear the semi finals , they are direct to the finals but if they fail to do so they have to go through the wildcard phase, where the judgement is based on audience votes which is unpredictable. So without going through that phase, they can relax and get ready for the finals”. So this semi finals is fully loaded with Music, fun and emotions.
