Star Network’s Kannada General Entertainment channel Suvarna announces the launch of 3 mega fiction shows “Akashadeepa”, “Keladi Chennamma” & “Bhagyavantharu”. All the three shows will go on air from July 30th, 2012. Akashadeepa is the story which revolves around DEEPA a well educated girl who aspires to become an IPS officer, but her dream is shattered when her brother gets her married to an illiterate boy AKASH without her consent. Will she be able achieve her goal forms the crux of this story.

Akashadeepa is directed by Sakkarebailu Srinivas. Akashadeepa will go on air @ 8:00PM.

Keladi Chennamma is the story of a brave and beautiful lady from Karnataka who ruled the Keladi kingdom for 28 years in the 17th century. The story deals with the emotional turmoil and the bravery of the queen Keladi.

This is one of the rare historical offering in the Kannada general entertainment space.

Keladi Chennamma is directed by Veteran Director Nagabharana. Keladi Chennamma goes on air @ 8:30PM

Bhagyavantharu is a classic family soap revolving around pride and revenge.
