Sakthi (essayed by Pavithra Gowda) and Eshwar (Essayed by Amaljith) arrive in Malaiyur six years after the events of Amman 2. Along with Sakthi, Samarasam and Alagappan, Eshwar organizes free medical camps for people and travels to villages to offer his services. Sakthi comes across Parvathi in Malaiyur, who she believes is an evil entity. She later discovers that Parvathi had lost her child Ratna at birth and has detached herself from God.
